Please Note: Student athletes should purchase the Budget, Select, or Elite level of coverage and opt for the sports add-on, as this will offer coverage for intercollegiate, interscholastic, intramural and club sports up to $3,000 per injury on the Budget level, and up to $5,000 per injury on the Select and Elite.

Student Waivers
If you need to waive your school’s insurance plan, please purchase your policy online, and then submit your waiver form to us at info@internationalstudentinsurance.com. Waivers will be completed within 48 business hours and sent directly to your school.
