The plan can be purchased from as little as 5 days up to 364 days and it can be paid in full or in monthly payments (there is a $5 extension fee each time the plan is extended). Students can choose their deductible from $0 to $500 and coverage from $50,000 to $250,000.

The deductible is the amount the student would pay out of pocket to the provider prior to the insurance company paying for approved services. The deductible is to paid once per certificate period year on this plan as long as coverage is continuous.
