This date cannot be more than 12 months from the date coverage begins.

This optional rider provides coverage for certain adventure sports which are covered (to the maximum amounts listed on the Benefits page) as long as they are engaged solely for leisure, recreation, or entertainment purposes. Please see the Benefits and Exclusions pages for more information. This rider is NOT available for the Economy Level.
